A straightforward path from creating your account to your first automated order.
1. Create your account
Sign up with your email and password, or continue with Google or Facebook. You'll receive access and refresh tokens used to keep you signed in securely.
2. Set up your business profile
Add your business name, contact details, courier preference, and accepted payment methods. This information is used by the AI when it answers customer questions.
3. Add your products
Create products with pricing, stock levels, images, and variants. Keep stock counts current — the AI checks live stock before confirming any order.
4. Connect Facebook
Link your Facebook Page so incoming messages and comments route to your AI sales employee automatically.
5. Manage orders
Every order the AI creates appears in your Orders list with full item details, status, and payment status. Update status or cancel an order at any time.
