This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for SellovateAI subscription plans.

Free Trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period; we do not provide partial-month refunds for early cancellation.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged twice for the same period — contact us through our Contact page and we will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

Custom & Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for custom Scale plans are defined in the applicable order form or agreement signed with our sales team.
